The  government of the Kyrgyz republic is the supreme body of  the executive state power of the Kyrgyz Republic

Local councils (kenesh), their executive-managing bodies
Bodies of  territorial public self-governing

1. President of the Kyrgyz Republic
2. Parliament (Jogorku Kenesh) of the  Kyrgyz Republic

b) Local State Administration
4. Courts and justice of the Kyrgyz Republic
a) Constitutional Court of the Kyrgyz Republic
b) Supreme Court
c) Local courts and judges of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. The President of the Kyrgyz Republic  is:
A head of the state, the highest official  person of Kyrgyz Republic
A symbol of people's unity and state power
A guarantee of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic
A  guarantee of human and civil rights and freedoms
 Determines basic directions of domestic and foreign policy of the state
2. The Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic:
Is a representative  body
Realizes a legislative power
Realizes the controlling functions within the limits of its authority

3. The executive power in the Kyrgyz Republic is realized by:
 The Government of the Kyrgyz  Republic
 Local state administrations (province and district) and their structures

a) The government of the Kyrgyz Republic is the  supreme body of an executive power of the Kyrgyz Republic.
It conducts the activity of the ministries,  agencies and local state administrations.
It hears the reports of the heads of the ministries and agencies, and of the heads of the local state administrations.

b) Local state administrations:
- province state administrations;
- district state administrations.
realize an executive power on the territory of a province,  district.
The local state administrations on the proper territory provide a coordinated activity of the territorial subdivisions of the ministries,  administrative agencies and other central executive bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic
The heads of the province state administrations in their own activity are accountable to the President of Kyrgyz Republic and the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic
The  heads of the district state administrations are accountable to the President of Kyrgyz Republic and the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic and to the head of the province state administration.

4) The courts and justice of the Kyrgyz  Republic:
a) The Constitutional Court of the Kyrgyz Republic is a supreme body of a judicial power  for the protection of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic
b) The Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic is a supreme body of a judicial power in the  sphere of civil, criminal and administrative legal procedure, and other cases, considered by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic
c) Local Courts and Judges of  the Kyrgyz Republic
